Comments: Great Page. I started in '59 at 6937th in Peshawar then flew 60528's sisters
at Rhein-Main and Incirlik from 1960 thru 1962, taught at Goodbuddy Airplane Patch
'62-'64, NSA Ft.Meade '64-'66 and Det 120 Ankara '66-'68. Your page really brought
back some memories. Nice to know someone cared. I did.

Comments: Hi Airlee, Wow! - This is a great site! It is great to see some of the
old stuff finally hitting the light of day. I made it to IFEL in New Haven '60-'61,
Goodbuddy '61-'62 (ALK/AZK) and became an A203X1-2, Det.1 6927th RSM '62-'63, and
Det.1 6988th SS '63-'64, all flying C-130Bs in Sun Valley II. Had great times
(a few shaky ones too!). I'm hoping to find more of our old "gang" as I look around.
Have found a few already. I will visit again and again! Best of everything in the
world to all the old "Silent Warriors"!!!

Comments: A very interesting and informative website containing information I have
been seeking for many years! As a former C130 aircrew member with the 7406th SUPPRON
(Rhein-Main AFB) from 1958 to 1961, I appreciate the tribute and recognition you have
given to the crew of 60528. Although I had been in the squadron for a short time and
only vaguely knew the crew, I'm sure they, like all the other Silent Warriors felt
that they were "just doing their job" and never expected to be publicly recognized
or even see acknowlegement of their accomplishments. Thanks for the time and effort
you have put into this very informative website.

Comments: I was amazed to find this site. I was ground crew in the 7406th Support
Squadron from January 1960 through January 1963. The loss of 60528 was still on
our minds then, especially when we launched missions from the base at Incirlik,
Turkey.
